• Payments can be made online or via bank transfer.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may be charged in full.

3. Therapy Services

• Services are for individuals 16 years and older unless otherwise agreed.

• Therapy is confidential unless there is risk of harm or legal duty to disclose.

• We reserve the right to refuse services if ethical, clinical, or safety concerns arise.

4. Limitation of Liability

Innerbalance-Therapy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Services are not a substitute for medical or crisis care.

5. Intellectual Property
