Refund policy

Effective Date: 8 June 2025

• Cancellations must be made with 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice will be refunded in full or rescheduled.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations are non-refundable.

• Emergency exceptions may be considered at therapist’s discretion.
